Say Hi, Ask Away, or Just Chat Food With Us
There’s something special about a good meal, it starts conversations, builds friendships, and brings stories to life. If you’ve got a question, a comment, or you just made one of our recipes and need to shout about it (maybe literally because of the chilies), we’re here.
Reach out to us. We read every message that comes in and try our best to reply quickly. Sometimes we’re elbow-deep in dough or testing five ways to make green curry taste even greener. Still, we’ll get back to you as soon as our hands are clean and our bellies are full.

If you're in the neighborhood and want to drop off a note (or a mango), feel free to swing by, just let us know first, because sometimes we’re out hunting fresh herbs.
What’s On Your Mind?
We’re not just a faceless recipe site. We’re humans who cook, clean, mess up occasionally, and obsess over the exact amount of tamarind paste. So tell us:
- Did a recipe not turn out quite right?
- Have feedback about the site layout?
- Want to suggest a dish your Thai grandma used to make?
- Need help adjusting spice levels because your tongue is still on fire?
- Curious where we get our Thai basil when we’re not growing it on the windowsill?
Whatever it is, we want to hear it.
Press, Partnerships, Collabs & Media Inquiries
For all media-related stuff: product features, interviews, partnerships, or anything fun and food-related you think we’d be great for, please use contact@cafesiam.com.hk. Just mark your subject clearly like “Media Inquiry” or “We’d love to collaborate” so we can spot it fast.
Nicha’s a one-woman tornado sometimes, but when you email, we slow the whirlwind to answer properly.
Also, if you're from a food magazine, podcast, or a show that celebrates authentic cuisine, we’re all ears (and mouths).
Recipe Questions
Tried something from Cafe Siam and something went sideways? Maybe your pad thai was too dry or the sticky rice stuck too hard? Don’t stress. Reach out through email or DM us on Instagram. Share a photo, tell us what happened, and we’ll do our best to troubleshoot.
Note: Send pictures. It makes helping way easier. Plus, we love seeing your creations, even the flops. Those usually come with the best stories.
Want to Work With Us?
Are you a photographer with a good eye for fish sauce drizzles? A writer who knows how to describe garlic sizzling in a wok without using boring words? Or maybe you’re a Thai food nerd who knows obscure regional dishes we’ve never even heard of?
Drop us a line with links to your work and what you’d like to contribute. We’re not hiring full-time staff right now, but we love collaborating with creative cooks, food lovers, and storytellers.
Got a Recipe You Want to Share?
We’re always hungry for more. If you’ve got a family favorite, something your auntie made every Songkran, or even a dish from your own kitchen that carries some love and soul, send it over.
Email us the ingredients, the story behind the dish, and a few photos if you’ve got them. If we feature it, you’ll get full credit (and a lot of our gratitude).
Let’s Be Social (Without Small Talk)
We’re pretty active on our social media pages, mostly because it’s the quickest way to reach folks. Got a quick tip, a spicy take, or just want to send a photo of your dinner? Tag us or send a DM.
We check in almost daily. Sometimes we’re slower because we’re editing videos, experimenting with jackfruit or trying to explain why Thai chilies have no chill.

Like, follow, message, share. Or just lurk. Lurking is fine too.
Food Photos, Website Bugs & Oops Moments
We’re a small team. And by small, we mean sometimes it’s just Nicha, a laptop, a camera, and a giant bottle of fish sauce. That means things can break, links might lead nowhere, or you might find a typo in a recipe (garlic with two Ls? Oops).
If something looks weird or doesn’t work, let us know. Drop us an email with the page link, what went wrong, and we’ll fix it faster than you can peel a lemongrass stalk.
Questions About Ingredients
Some Thai ingredients are tricky to find, especially if you're not near an Asian grocery store. If you're stuck, don't panic. Message us with what you're looking for and where you live,we’ll suggest swaps, online stores, or ways to skip the ingredient without losing the soul of the dish.
We can’t teleport galangal yet, but we’ll work with what you’ve got.
Product Feedback & Kitchen Tools
We sometimes recommend tools, pots, or sauces we love. If you bought something we suggested and it didn't work out, tell us. We’re not brand snobs, so if a $5 wok gets the job done better than the fancy one, we want to know.
Also, if you’ve got gear that changed your cooking life, share it. We test everything in a regular home kitchen, and if something helps make that pad kra pao pop, we're all ears.
Send Us Your Food Stories
We’re not just about the recipes. We care about memories, smells, voices from the kitchen, steam rising from jasmine rice on a Sunday afternoon. If you’ve got a food story from your family, your travels, or your own dinner table, we’d love to hear it.
Stories build culture. Recipes carry those stories. We're just here to keep passing both along.
Problems With Orders or Site Access
Right now, we’re a recipe site with only no physical orders or deliveries. But if you had an issue trying to access content, download a recipe, or load something on your phone, we want to fix that.
Screenshots help. Tell us what device you’re using. We'll sort it out like fish sauce in som tum, messy, but eventually perfect.
We’re Real People
Every message you send doesn’t disappear into the void. It lands in an inbox where someone smiles reading it. We might laugh, learn, or cry (from spice or emotion, both fair). But we always appreciate the time you take.
So send your notes, your photos, your questions, or your grandma’s banana leaf trick. Every word adds flavor to this cozy corner of the internet.
A Few Fun Notes
- Got a joke that involves papaya? We want it.
- Confused by Thai food pronunciation? You’re not alone. We’ll try to help.
- Want to learn more about Thai festivals and how food ties into them? Ask.
- Made a dish and your friends now call you Chef? Brag about it here.
A Note to Brands
If you’re a brand looking to connect, remember: we only work with people and products that make sense for our kitchen and readers. Mass emails with ten logos and no personalization get deleted faster than undercooked jasmine rice. Show us you get what we’re about.

Use subject lines that help us know what you want. Clear is kind.
Just Hungry for a Chat?
Even if you’re not cooking, if you're thinking about food, missing home, or wondering why Thai iced tea is so orange, come talk to us.
Food is never just food. It’s people, history, celebration, and care. That’s why this site exists.
We're listening.
That’s it. Talk soon?
