Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 8 pieces Lettuce Leaves for wrapping

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped basil leaves and cook until wilted.
  6. Serve the beef mixture in lettuce leaves, rolling them up to eat.
