Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the butter in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Add the cooked chicken and scrambled eggs back to the wok. Stir to combine and heat through.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
