Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sliced green onions. Toss to combine.
Serve meatballs over noodles.
