Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Noodles

  • 8 oz Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Green Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. In a skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  7. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sliced green onions. Toss to combine.
  8. Serve meatballs over noodles.
