  • 1 cup Mint Leaves chopped
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted Rice Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground pork until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pork, mint leaves, cilantro, red onion, fish sauce, lime juice, roasted rice powder, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  3. 3. Serve immediately, garnished with extra mint leaves and cilantro if desired.
