  • 500 g Spinach fresh
  • 200 g Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the cooked spinach to a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
