Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with cornstarch until well-coated.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. 3. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar to make the sauce.
  4. 4. Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce until well-coated. Serve immediately.
