Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Barramundi skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 handful Fresh Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the barramundi fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix the fish sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  5. 5. Pour the sauce mixture over the fish in the pan.
  6. 6. Add the coconut milk and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
