Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

4. In a bowl, mix the fish sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice.
5. Pour the sauce mixture over the fish in the pan.
6. Add the coconut milk and let it simmer for a few minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
