Instructions
1. Grill the beef sirloin until medium-rare, about 3-4 minutes per side. Let it rest and then thinly slice.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and mint leaves.
3. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and chopped red chili to make the dressing.
4. Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over. Toss everything together until well combined.
