Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves chopped

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Red Chili finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill the beef sirloin until medium-rare, about 3-4 minutes per side. Let it rest and then thinly slice.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and mint leaves.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and chopped red chili to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
