- 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add prawns and cook until they turn pink.
4. Add soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until prawns are fully cooked.
6. Serve hot.
