- 500 g Brussel Sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add brussel sprouts and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in fish sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
