Main Ingredients
- 500 g Fish fillets
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- to taste Salt
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
3. Add turmeric powder and fish sauce. Stir well.
4. Add fish fillets and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
5. Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
