Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink.
  4. 4. Toss in the bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  6. 6. Finally, add the cashew nuts and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
