Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken and cook until it's no longer pink.
4. Toss in the bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for a few minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Mix well.
6. Finally, add the cashew nuts and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
