Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashew nuts unsalted
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add bell peppers and onions, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
  6. Toss in cashew nuts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
