Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Add bell peppers and onions, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
Toss in cashew nuts and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
