Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Chayotes peeled and julienned
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and julienne the chayotes.
  2. 2. Thinly slice the red onion.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine chayotes and red onion.
  4. 4. Add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or chill for later.
