Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 red chilies sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for a minute.
  3. Add chicken, cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until soft.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  6. Add basil leaves, cook until wilted.
