- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 piece Cucumber sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Cook chicken in the skillet for about 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
5. Slice the cucumber and place it on a serving plate.
6. Add the sliced chicken on top of the cucumber and serve.
