Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 300 g Chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 eggs Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • ¼ cup Chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Push chicken to one side of the wok and add beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
  5. 5. Add drained noodles, bean sprouts, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Serve topped with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
