Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  6. 6. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  7. 7. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  8. 8. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  9. 9. Serve the chicken over the cooked jasmine rice and garnish with chopped cilantro.
