Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, and chili flakes.
  2. 2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
