Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Tofu firm, cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, chili paste, minced garlic, sugar, and water. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce mixture over the tofu and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
