Ingredients

  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Slowly add to the saucepan, stirring constantly.
  3. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Pour the pudding into serving bowls and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until set.
