  • 2 tablespoon Instant Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Agar-Agar Powder
  • ½ cup Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add instant coffee and sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  3. 3. Sprinkle agar-agar powder and whisk until fully dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into molds and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
