Country Style Pad Thai

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 200 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 4 tablespoon Pad Thai sauce
- 2 tablespoon Chopped peanuts
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 20 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
3. Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
4. Push the chicken to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.
5. Add the soaked noodles to the wok and pour the Pad Thai sauce over them. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
6. Add the bean sprouts and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped peanuts, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
