Crispy Egg Noodles Thai Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Egg noodles
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, julienned
- 1 cup Red bell pepper, sliced
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry until they start to get crispy.
5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
6. Add the bean sprouts, green onions, carrots, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
