- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and chili flakes.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
