  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
