Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork Belly skin on
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Score the skin of the pork belly with a sharp knife.
  3. Rub the salt, five-spice powder, and black pepper into the meat side of the pork belly.
  4. Brush the skin with white vinegar.
  5. Place the pork belly on a baking tray, skin side up.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 90 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
