Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the shrimp with tongs and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
