  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into pieces
  • 2 cups Vegetables mixed, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add coconut milk and red curry paste to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  2. 2. Add chicken, vegetables, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir to mix well.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
