Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Burger Assembly

  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 0.5 cup Onion sliced
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and adding lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise if desired.
