Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and adding lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise if desired.
