Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pitted Dates
  • ½ cup Almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add the pitted dates and almonds to a food processor. Blend until finely chopped.
  2. 2. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture comes together.
  3. 3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a truffle.
  4. 4. Optional: Roll the truffles in additional cocoa powder or shredded coconut for extra flavor.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
