  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Coat tofu pieces in cornstarch.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry tofu until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove tofu and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt.
