Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Green curry paste
  • 1 can Coconut milk 400ml
  • 1 cup Vegetables chopped (bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
  • 1 cup Protein tofu or chicken, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 handful Basil leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the green curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  3. 3. Add the vegetables and protein. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the protein is cooked through.
  4. 4. Stir in the fish sauce, sugar, and basil leaves. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with rice.
