  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sticky rice soaked in water for 1 hour
  • 1 ripe Mango sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. 2. Add the soaked sticky rice to the saucepan. Stir well and cook for about 15 minutes until the rice is tender.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. 4. Serve the sticky rice with sliced mango on top. Enjoy!
