Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets White fish such as cod or tilapia
  • 2 tablespoon Fermented black beans rinsed and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the mashed black beans, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the fish fillets and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
