Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 500 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until they turn white.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
