Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chicken slices and cook until they turn white.
Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
