- 500 g Turnip grated
- 100 g Rice Flour
- 50 g Cornstarch
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
1. Grate the turnip and squeeze out excess water.
2. Mix rice flour, cornstarch, water, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
3. Add grated turnip to the mixture and combine well.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and steam for 30 minutes.
5. Let it cool, then cut into slices.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the slices until golden brown.
