Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 100 g Glass noodles soaked in water until soft
  • 200 g Minced pork or chicken
  • 1 Carrot sliced
  • 1 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 Green onion chopped, for garnish
  • 1 Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the glass noodles in water until soft, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the minced pork or chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. 5. Add the carrot, cabbage, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Add the soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  7. 7. Add the soaked glass noodles and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion and cilantro.
