Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Cooked jasmine rice for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  5. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in green onions and cilantro.
  7. Serve over cooked jasmine rice.
