General Thai Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 0.5 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions chopped
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- Cooked jasmine rice for serving
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
Add soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
Stir in green onions and cilantro.
Serve over cooked jasmine rice.
