  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Juice grate and squeeze ginger to extract juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the milk is warm, but not boiling.
  2. 2. Grate the ginger and squeeze to extract the juice. Place the ginger juice in a bowl.
  3. 3. Pour the warm milk into the bowl with the ginger juice. Stir gently.
  4. 4. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes until it sets into a pudding-like consistency.
  5. 5. Serve warm or chilled.
