  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
