Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Glass noodles soaked in water for 10 minutes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped
  • 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and cabbage, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add shredded chicken, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  5. Add soaked glass noodles, mix until well combined.
  6. Season with black pepper. Cook until noodles are tender.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve with lemon wedges.
