Ground Beef Thai Noodles

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and chili paste. Pour over the beef and vegetables. Stir to combine.
Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet. Toss to coat the noodles with the sauce.
Stir in the bean sprouts, green onions, and cilantro. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve with lime wedges on the side.
