Pad Thai Sauce Ingredients
- ¼ cup fish sauce
- ¼ cup tamarind paste
- ¼ cup palm sugar or brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
In a mixing bowl, combine the fish sauce, tamarind paste, and palm sugar.
Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add the lime juice, soy sauce, and chili powder. Mix well.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
