- 2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 10 Dried red chilies soaked in warm water
- 1 Lemongrass stalk chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Shallot chopped
- 1 inch Galangal chopped
- 1 teaspoon Shrimp paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Toast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and black peppercorns in a dry pan until fragrant.
Grind toasted spices into a fine powder.
