  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 10 Dried red chilies soaked in warm water
  • 1 Lemongrass stalk chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Shallot chopped
  • 1 inch Galangal chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Shrimp paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Toast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and black peppercorns in a dry pan until fragrant.
  2. Grind toasted spices into a fine powder.
  3. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
