- 2 lbs pork spare ribs
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
