Granola Mix
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Nuts chopped
- ½ cup Dried Fruit optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Stir in the chopped nuts and dried fruit if using.
