Ingredients 

Granola Mix

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Nuts chopped
  • ½ cup Dried Fruit optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool. Stir in the chopped nuts and dried fruit if using.
