Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 8 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30-40 minutes, until the rice has broken down and the mixture has thickened.
4. Stir in the fish sauce, salt, and white pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
5. Add the shredded chicken and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and cilantro.
