Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Kabocha squash peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add kabocha squash, bell peppers, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot.
