Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 2 units Red chili, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
  5. Add basil leaves and sliced red chili. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
